More Island Summer

Just a couple that I forgot I had. It was a really nice summer...

Island Summer

This was the day that I almost lost you. I didn't realize how much I love you until two weeks later, but I knew in that moment that if I didn't fight for you I would regret it forever.
You really fucked up, so I want you to know something. I may have almost lost you,
but you also almost lost me.

Pre-evening Light

Matt and I used to go walking by the lake alllllll the time when we were in high school and even though I only see him about 4 times a year now we still occasionally get to it. I miss it, but I love these, especially the lighting.

Cousins

I love having small cousins. They are just adorable and the expressions they come up with kill me. However, it's sometimes a game of hit and miss when trying to capture their faces on film.

Afternoon Sunlight

So studying fails when I look at my friends and see a photo. Yesterday in the FPL Dan had a great bunch of sunlight on him. I think these are the best I've taken all year.

Road Trip

I love taking pictures of cars on the road. There is something irresistibly symmetrical about a highway. Also the people in cars, love it. Road trip to staff social, Matt's jacket was just the greatest colour.

Portfolio

I have created a portfolio since the last time I updated this blog in first year. I did finally get that SLR and since then I feel like I've gotten a whole lot better. Having said that, these were all taken with my Canon before I had the SLR. Would you be able to tell the difference? I'm not sure...
